As part of Mental Health Awareness Week (Monday 11th – Sunday 17th May 2026), Rainham Foodbank Counselling Services will be hosting a Mental Health Awareness Event for local residents:

11:00am – 3:00pm
First Floor, Mick Fury House, Lowen Road, Rainham RM13 8HT
This event provides an opportunity for members of the community to come together and raise awareness for mental health, and encourage open and supportive conversations.
Advice, guidance and support services will be available on the day to those who may need them.
Everyone is welcome to attend.
